Payment plans
I provide payment plans service. You just need pay at least 100USD for a deposit, I will start to make the ring for you. You could pay the remaining money weekly or monthly. Let me know the metal, stones and ring size, I will create a private listing for you to pay.
Please note I will only ship the item to you when all payments are received. Once payment plan starts, cancellation order will deduct 100USD per item.
Returns and Exchanges

Cancel order before shipping
I accept cancellations, if you request cancellation within 24 hours after placing the order, I will cancel the order for you free of charge. Exceeds 24 hours, I will deduct 30% of the total price for each ring and refund remaining to you.
Warranty
I offer a lifetime warranty, if your ring has loose or lost stone (side stones) problem within one year, please contact me and I will repair or replace the stone (side stones) for you for free. Exceeds one year, I will charge a fee to repair ring for you. Hope you can understand!

I ordered it thinking it was going to be all pink sapphires with a center diamond, and when Mark showed me the CAD drawing I noticed it actually had amethyst with the sapphires. Don’t get me wrong, I adore amethyst but that just wasn’t the right stone for this wrap. He was able to switch the stones for me with a $30 custom change price. That was on top of a $30 increase for a custom fit to my engagement band/stone. I just want you to be aware that custom work is going to be extra. The ring he created is so pretty! The only thing I was a little disappointed in was how tiny tiny the pink sapphires are. I would have worked with him more to get bigger gems, but it’s hard to know exactly how it’s going to look on your hand from the CAD. Just pay attention to the measurements if you are doing a custom ring.

They did an excellent job with this ring! I was very slow with answering their questions which caused, and yet they were still able to ship to CA faster than I expected. Love this ring and it's never coming off. Love that it's low profile so it never snags when I put on gloves. Just beautiful 😍
