Exchanges will be also charged a fee, please contact me for more details if you have any questions.

Payment plans
I provide payment plans service. You just need pay at least 100USD for a deposit, I will start to make the ring for you. You could pay the remaining money weekly or monthly. Let me know the metal, stones and ring size, I will create a private listing for you to pay.
Please note I will only ship the item to you when all payments are received. Once payment plan starts, cancellation order will deduct 100USD per item.
Returns and Exchanges
I offer 30 days returns and exchanges service. Cancel order before shipping
I accept cancellations, if you request cancellation within 24 hours after placing the order, I will cancel the order for you free of charge. Exceeds 24 hours, I will deduct 30% of the total price for each ring and refund remaining to you.
Warranty
I offer a lifetime warranty, if your ring has loose or lost stone (side stones) problem within one year, please contact me and I will repair or replace the stone (side stones) for you for free. Exceeds one year, I will charge a fee to repair ring for you. Hope you can understand!

We ended up getting this ring set in 14k white gold for our wedding bands. Our process with Mark was super easy and very informative, and they arrived in the correct sizes with our requested engraving inside. We've not been wearing them too long but so far they've held up great - I personally wear mine all the time, including while washing my hands or showering, and I haven't noticed any diminishing or staining. Really impressed with the quality for the price and so pleased to have such a unique set of wedding bands (mine paired great with my family ring too!)
